Logan Roberson Returns to Victory Lane with Hagerstown “Wâ€
Busy Holiday Week of Racing Ahead
Waynesboro, Virginia (07/03/18) – Logan Roberson visited hallowed ground on Saturday evening, when he parked his Wynbridge Inc. #17 BTS Towing Service/ XR1 Rocket Chassis Late Model in Victory Lane at the historic Hagerstown Speedway.
For Roberson, he was elated to finally get over the hump and back into Victory Lane.
“By no means are we having a bad year, but by our standards we expect more wins,†Roberson noted. “We’ve been really consistent over the past few months with Top-5 and Top-3 runs, but we just couldn’t seem to get back to Victory Lane. We changed that all on Saturday night, and hopefully we can go grab three wins this week. As always, I want to thank each-and-every person who supports my program and roots for me on the track. It really means a lot to me.â€
Piloting the Dirt Defender #17 Crate Late Model, Logan Roberson traveled to Hagerstown Speedway (Hagerstown, Maryland) on Saturday evening to do battle in the Weekly Racing Series Event. Receiving the fourth-starting spot for his heat race, Logan blasted to the front on the opening lap en route to the 6-lap victory.
Rolling off the grid from the pole position for the feature, Roberson led from flag-to-flag to register his seventh win of the season. Mike Franklin, Tyler Hershey, Transtan Stoner, and Tanner Kerr completed the Top-5 finishers.

During the course of the Fourth of July week, Roberson has a trio of events scheduled. Action opens on Tuesday night at Potomac Speedway (Budd’s Creek, Maryland) before shifting to Beckley Motorsports Park (Beckley, West Virginia) on Wednesday night. The team will take a two-day break before thundering into Winchester Speedway (Winchester, Virginia) on Saturday evening.
