Kyle Beard Bests Poplar Bluff Motorsports Park Late Model Field
COMP Cams Super Dirt Series Double Header this Weekend
Trumann, Arkansas (04/15/19) – A last minute decision, turned into Kyle Beard’s second win of 2019 on Friday night. The team decided late Friday afternoon to head to the recently reopened Poplar Bluff Motorsports Park. The decision paid nice dividends as Beard drove his Gary Beard Trucking #86 Black Diamond Race Car/ Kuntz & Co. Racing Engine Super Late Model to his second win of the season.
“Rain had pretty much already caused everything to get canceled in our area, and we were itching to race so we decided to head to Poplar Bluff,†Beard noted. “The night went flawless. We won our heat race, and then led every lap of the feature. We’re definitely off to the best start to a season that we’ve had in a few years.â€
Friday evening saw Kyle Beard in action at Poplar Bluff Motorsports Park (Poplar Bluff, Missouri), where he returned to the driver’s seat of his Gary Beard Trucking #86 Super Late Model entry for the regular night of racing.
Kyle started the night with a heat race win. He then took advantage of his front-row starting spot in the feature to lead every lap en route to his second win of the season. He claimed a $1,000 payday for his performance.

Beard Motorsports returns to action with the COMP Cams Super Dirt Series (CCSDS) this weekend with a pair of events in Arkansas and Missouri. Festivities get underway on Friday night with a $2,500-to-win program at Old No. 1 Speedway (Harrisburg, Arkansas) before shifting northwest to Legit Speedway Park (West Plains, Missouri) on Saturday night for a $3,000-to-win affair.
