Eric Wells Sweeps 411 Motor Speedway Action
Eastern Kentucky Ace Earns First-Career Modified Victory
Hazard, Kentucky (11/12/19) – Eric Wells powered his Wells and Sons Motorsports No. 18 Brucebilt Performance Modified to a clean sweep of Saturday night’s program at 411 Motor Speedway (Seymour, Tenn.). The event marked Wells’ first win of 2019.
“This was only my third start in a Modified. First night out we sat fast time and finished third. Then we qualified second at Portsmouth out of 103 cars and finished fourth,†Wells commented. “It was a great feeling to sweep this event.â€
After posting the fastest lap overall in time trials, Wells topped the 14-car field in the feature to capture his first-ever Modified victory. Earning $700 for his efforts, Wells was followed across the finish line by Brian Nantz, Jimmy Dalton, Billy Palmer, and Wayne James.

The next event for Wells and Sons Motorsports is tentatively the 4th Annual Leftover at the McCarter family-owned 411 Motor Speedway (Seymour, Tenn.) on Saturday, November 30.
