Daulton Wilson Earns First World of Outlaws Victory at Stateline Speedway
Collects $15,000 Rick Briggs Memorial Payday
OCALA, Fla. (July 13, 2026) — Daulton Wilson became a first-time winner with the World of Outlaws Late Model Series on Wednesday night, capturing the $15,000 Rick Briggs Memorial at Stateline Speedway aboard the Big Frog Motorsports / Viper Risk Management–King Risk Partners No. 58 Longhorn Chassis Late Model.
The victory came over a talented 41-car field and marked the first World of Outlaws triumph of Wilson's career.
“It’s just awesome,” Wilson said. “We’ve had a good car all year. We’ve had some ups and downs, we’ve had our teeth kicked in and we’ve been good. It’s just awesome to finally get one done. Can’t thank Augie [Burttram] and Shawn [Martin] enough for giving me the opportunity and really putting this deal together for all of us.”
The Big Frog Motorsports team made the trip from its Ocala, Florida, shop to Stateline Speedway in Busti, New York, on Wednesday, where Wilson was dominant from the moment the No. 58 hit the track. He earned the Simpson Quick Time Award in qualifying, led every lap of his heat race, and then completed the sweep with a flag-to-flag victory in the 40-lap feature.
Wilson crossed the finish line 1.011 seconds ahead of runner-up Zack Mitchell with Nick Hoffman rounding out the evening’s podium.
Following Friday's rainout in the opening round of the Battle at the Border at Sharon Speedway, Wilson returned to action Saturday at the Hartford, Ohio, oval, chasing the night's $20,000 top prize.
After earning the final transfer position in his heat race, Wilson drove to a consistent 13th-place finish in the 60-lap affair.

The team is still finalizing its schedule for this weekend before returning to World of Outlaws competition in two weeks for the 36th annual Prairie Dirt Classic at Fairbury Speedway.
Wilson has recorded top-10 finishes in each of the past two PDC’s, including a career-best third-place finish in 2024 followed by a ninth-place run last season.
