Rusty kicked off the 2012 tour in IL this past weekend. Eager to hit the dirt the team traveled to Belleville where he finished 3rd in his heat and unfortunately pulled in with a flat during the feature on Friday night.
Not discouraged by the results first time out they traveled to I-55 where Rusty hoped for a turnaround in his luck. He finished 1st in his heat and 3rd in the feature. He may have finished higher in the running order but a bent right front suspension caused by hitting the wall stopped forward progress.
Next up will find the team pulling a weekend of UMP points racing at Attica Raceway Park in Ohio.
