Ricky Weiss Back in Red River Co-Op Victory Lane Again
Headingly, Manitoba, Canada (08/19/15) – On Thursday evening Ricky Weiss again topped the action at Red River Co-Op Speedway in his Derrick’s Sandblasting #7 Bloomquist Chassis/Pro Power Racing Engine Late Model.
On Thursday night Ricky Weiss headed to Red River Co-Op Speedway (Winnipeg, Manitoba) for a Weekly Racing Series Event. Starting in the 7th position for his heat race, Weiss charged to the front setting him up for the feature event. Bringing home his 19th victory of the season, Ricky cruised to the A-Main win, which came over Kevin Sexton, Mike Balcaen, Mike Martin, and Walt Morris.
The following night brought Ricky to River Cities Speedway (Grand Forks, North Dakota), where he powered his Turk Enterprises #7 Bloomquist/Pro Power Racing Super Late Model into competition. Earning a heat race victory, Weiss transferred into the feature in the 8th starting position. Battling for the lead, Ricky Weiss advanced six spots scoring a 2nd place outing behind race winner, Dustin Strand.

The upcoming weekend, August 20th-22nd, will take Weiss into battle in a trio of events. The weekend begins on Thursday evening at Red River Co-Op Speedway (Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada). Friday evening will take the team to River Cities Speedway (Grand Forks, North Dakota). On Saturday evening Ricky will head to Devil’s Lake Speedway for a Northern Late Model Racing Association (NLRA) event.
