Colson Ky. New track owners official took possession of Lucky 7 Speedway today. New Track Owner Randy “Slim†Hammonds a Letcher county native said he is eager to start the 2015 season with a bang. Mr Hammonds said he is going to do a lot of work to the track to regain the racing competiveness as the track was once known for also providing a new racing surface. With other improvements and a very aggressive schedule and the return of the Coal Mines Classic super late Model Race, with other big races in all classes. Mr Hammonds said he wants to provide the drivers with a great place to a race and also providing the fans with great racing action. So things are looking up for racing in 2015 at the Lucky 7 Speedway, Colson Ky.
