Along with all of the great racing at the Tri-County Race Track on Monday, May 30, several other exciting things will truly make this a “Can’t Miss Event for the Entire Family.” From 5:00-6:00 p.m., there will be pit tours available for all kids ages twelve and under. Those children will be taken through the pit area to see all of the cars and get their picture taken or an autograph from their favorite driver(s). After the pit tour, the kids will receive a free t-shirt and a free meal ticket for the grandstand concession stand where they can get something to eat and drink. The children’s pit tour is courtesy of reallycheapfloors.com.

In addition, we will also recognize all of the veterans in attendance on Memorial Day by asking them to stand, so that the entire crowd can honor them for their service and sacrifice. Also, a portion of the night’s ticket sales will go towards the Clay County Relay for Life. This is a great cause and the Tri-County Race Track is excited to partner with them on Memorial Day. Last but not least, a fireworks display will light up the sky during the intermission session.

Follow up with Ray Cook first because I am not sure if he is going to allow it for this special event or not but this would be a great opportunity for someone to double up and try to take both the Limited/Crate and Super Latemodel features.

So far this year they have allowed driver's to race more than one race a night and if they allow it for this event it would be a great opportunity to make some more cash!!

But as I said before check with Ray first because I dont have a clue if he will continue this for the special Memorial Day event or not.

          Just a thought
