Tonight Clinton County started off with late model heats. Cobble won the race with S. Marlar running a close second, Barton, and Patrick with a few cars failing to make the field. Then came the modified action as Lonnie Gregory would bring them down to the green and took a terrible ride into turn four ending his night leaving the heat to Selby who was followed up by T. Gregory, Patrick, and Butcher. Sorry for not mentioning the DNFs. I didn't pay much attention to them as a spectator. The second modified heat with Payne leading from flag to flag followed by Denney, and Stockton that finished. The modified's feature was won by Payne who lead it all the way and was followed up by Selby, T. Gregory, Stockton, Butcher, Patrick, and Denney. Then we moved on to the late model feature as Marlar took the lead early and led the rest of the way with Patrick finishing second, Barton 3rd, and Cobble pulling off early with 4th. I didn't stay for the chevette race so someone else will have to post them.
