Awesome!
I was in Batesville for the Bad Boy 98 Lucas Oil race and left headed for Cleveland. That race was fantastic, S&S, Smokey and Superman put on a whale of a show. Ferguson did as well. Yes, the track was rough and several cars did drop out, but I will go out on a strong limb and say they had nothing for these 3. I am not sure why anyone would "boycott" Cleveland Speedway. The place was packed and the Lucas show will be packed as well. I do not know the promoter, but I will state they/he tries to put on a good show for the fans. The SLM's run before the end which is unusual for some other tracks, unfortunately Saturday night, re-prepping the track ran late along with a lot of cautions and some other classes were canceled. But then people would have complained about staying so late. You can rest assured, you got 17 dollars worth this past Saturday night at Cleveland!
