    Kenny Garrett #33

In response to the thread posted by Mike Davis which has been taken off the website, I want to clarify what was said. First of all, I don't get on the computer, but Ive had so many people coming up to me and saying that I'm being talked about on this forum, that I decided to check it out to see what was being said. I read only a few posts, Mike's being one. First of all I'm not this Vision person, I'm Kenny Garrett, #33 Car Owner/Pit Crew/Mechanic. It's only me and Bobby Panter, my driver. That's the crew. I noticed that Mike Davis had a post making me out to be the bad guy, when in a nutshell, all I said to Mike was that I was going to take him with a warrant for Criminal Damage to Property because of him beating the fender of my car in...and it's not a $20 fender by the way. This is a special ordered gold sheet metal that is $287 a sheet, not including the cost to replace the sponser ad and time to re-build and reinstall the fender. Mike, I'm human and get mad also, but I don't kick or beat people's cars in as you did, especially when you didn't even have a car in the show. As you, I was also in law enforcement for 16 years, I also have a family to support. I know when you are in Public Service, particularly Law Enforcement, you are mandated to display professional ethics on and off duty. You portrayed yourself as the victim in your post, and me as the bad guy. I did nothing to you, nor have I ever that I recall, for you to turn the other cheek. I am the victim here, not you. I decided not to pursue pressing charges on you and turning MY other cheek..THIS TIME. However, if you have a problem with my driver, you need to take it up with my driver and keep your hands/feet/etc. off my car. After reading some of these posts, it appears that some people think I am Visionman/Vision something or other and I am not. If I ever post, it will be under my name, Kenny Garrett. With this said, this is now water under the bridge as far as I'm concerned. Hope to see everyone at the track tonight and I look forward to a good race. And yes, God Bless everyone!

Wow Mr Garrett well written post and my goodness how your grammer and spelling has improved since your last post on the Tri County Web Site where you were getting the facts straight on who was going to be driving your car after Danny Ledford went to late Model a couple pf years ago.

My question is why is grammer so important on here? This isn't school.

Grammar and spelling are important when you intend to convey your ideas and meaning. A 1,000 word paragraph with no punctuation or sentence structure blows. Not to mention that perceived intelect can be gathered directly from how you form sentences. Not to mention bad habits on a message board turn into bad habits in other forms or written or typed works...such as resumes.
