SLMR making its first ever trip to Riviera Raceway in Norfolk
Travis (not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word)es of Madison and Leon Zeitner of LaVista are locked in a tie for the point lead as the SLMR makes its first ever visit to the Riviera Raceway in Norfolk on Friday, June 17. (not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word)es entered last Saturday nights SLMR show at the Adams County Speedway in Corning, Iowa with a slim 2 point lead but Zeitner came away with a third place finish, one better than (not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word)es to make the point race dead even.
Jason O’Brien of Atlantic, Iowa won the SLMR feature at Adams County and currently sets in third in the points just 12 points back. Justin Zeitner finished second at Adams County and is fourth in the points 16 points back while Joe Kosiski with a sixth place finish moved into fifth in the standing 28 points behind.
The Riviera Raceway is located on Sherwood Road South of Norfolk. Off US81 go 2 miles south of town and then .8 mile east on Sherwood Road. Gates open at 6:30 pm with racing at 8.
