Drivers coming to Thursday Thunder at 411 or SAS race at Smoky Mtn.

There's been some names thrown around, but nothing set in stone as to who is coming to either one of these events. Aside from the regulars at 411 and the guys running for points for SAS, what drivers are planning on hitting either one of these races?
