everything that happen last night can be blamed on the track and the people who run it not the clash. waited to 7:30 to put more water on the track at least 20 flats blamed on the holes in the track and drivers rolling tires off the rim. the track changed the running order every 5 min so not one even the clash people knew what was happing. they should fill that place up and make a fishing lake out of it but the people who run it would screw that up. alot off tore up race cars because of the idiots running the track.
They never start working the track until the sun starts to set their website has always said that The track has been that way every time ive went there The crash series has 4 or 5 decent drivers after that a big drop off It seems every time ive went to a crash series race they are plagued by cautions Oh yea why did they not run any heats that was a rip off
The running order was changed because the clash drivers would not answer the call sorry thats not the tracks fault. And to say this track needs to be made a fishing lake is foolish. The gap is one of the best tracks in the country.I guess the fact that alot of first timers on the track didnt help either.Oh well we live and learn.
the supers were lined up for quilifing only to be told the crates was going first then they change crates from 1 lap to two. no heats because the track was such bad shape the track owner made that call not the clash. how can you be ready when then change every thing at the last minute. as far as the wreacks it hard to control a car that is air bourn. 5 cars left the race with broken drive shafts or rearends
It may have been a little dry but it wasnt any rougher than normal . I dont know the mans name but the guy doing all the talking onb the intercom said that the clash needed more time so they rushed the crates out and told them they would get 2 laps if they come out now.Everytime ive seen a race there the cars seem to catch a little air if they dont hit it perfect in turn 1 that looked normal for that track. But when guys are dodging stalled cars on the straightaway against the inside wall and catching air that was a first for me .I think alot of it was due to guys not knowing where to run at thats just this my opinion.I just havent had good experiences with this series.
$15 to get in , you got to see 60 Lap Super Feature , 25lap Crate Feature , 25 Lap History making Hobby Stock feature and a 10 lap Road Warrior Feature and you feel ripped off because there werent 3or4 10 lap heats with 8 cars in them. Really. Really
Unbelievable / I dont get it.
If you have dirt on dirt you can a 5min video highlights clip.

I have no complaints about the surface or the people who run the track .Just dont advertise a complete show qualifying heats then feature .When people work all week long and drive 2 and a half hours to see a full show and dont get what u pay for that makes people feel like they were got over on .Like i said i dont miss the big shows at the gap because i like the place and the people that run it.
