Brian Reese wins action packed reopening of Smoky Mountain Speedway

Reese had a very strong car but the real story might have occured on lap 27 when Randy Weaver and Billy Ogle got tangled, which ended in Ogle crashing hard into the wall. Then, Weaver and tommy Kerr had a run-in on the other end of the track which led to the two in a shouting match while standing on top of their cars.
