Excellent feature. Congrats to Brent Dixon on a great win. I want to say that the Overton boy really impressed me. He ran behind Madden for 25 + laps either at his door or on his quarter panel & the best I could tell never touched him. The 3-way battle for the lead between Dixon, Roberts & Overton was excellent for about 4 or 5 laps. Great crowd, great food, great racing...Well done Screven...

Thats because Pursley punted him. Pursley should have went to the rear as well.

Overton can drive. How he ran lap after lap with Madden without touching him was great, and then to look as if he hit another gear at the end, he became the show. He was faster than Dixon, just couldn't get around him. Was he running the 525 crate, cause the spoiler was larger than everyone elses?

The story of this event is the traffic jam outside the track. Redd has to be tickled pink.

They were still lined up in both directions down Hwy. 21 at 8:30! Great show, huge crowd, great food, track was in great shape, and the super race was really good. Thanks to Redd and all his folks for their hospitality.
