I know they have pulled samples off of Jeff's tires before at a couple of big races. I heard that the motor in the 23 car was wrong at soon as the started. wrong lifter,keeper. ported heads and more than likly a big cams shaft, and oh yeah the wrong bolts. great job team 17, Jeff Smith and the gang from Hill Motorsports!Comment
