Can you bring up the website on your computer and do a right click. Then tell me what you see.

The right click function has been removed to protect the content of the website from being copied without permission. Right clicking and saving is not making the website a favorite. You have to go the the top of your browser and click the star, favorite or bookmark link to make it a favorite site.
