It was a wild race with some guys on new tires and some on old at the end. Owens, O'Neal and Bloomquist gave it all they had at the end but Francis had enough to hold them off.

In victory lane Francis made an admission you don't often hear drivers make.

There are honest guys in DLM racing and there are guys who wouldn't tell the truth if you paid them to. Steve Francis is and has always been, one of the honest guys. He's a class act.
