why a week and a half after the race ? thought most tire tests only took a couple days .

The Carolina Crown tire samples went to the "cheap" lab thus the long delay! LOL!

dirt on dirt is saying the win will stand. the story i hear is soctt was running a 44 ar it came up wrong againest the sample the lab had. ar was contacted and ar said they had changed the compound of thhe 44 to make it more competive againest the hoosier 1300. a new sample from ar was sent to the lab and scott tire was retested and came out ok. the promotor will reinstate the win only if ar will admit they change the chemical compound of the 44. no admission no reinstatmint.
