Brooks was illegal it's obvious. Im not sure why you people are trying to cover his back. Someone tear the 29 down and I'm sure he'll tear it down.

I don't know who you people are But I never said anyone was cheating or not Let me throw another scenario out in why I don't like protest well funded teams are more likely to have back up motors so say Booger or anyone Tore down and a part was called illegal but He / they challenged it Ok so now you have to get these parts to a qualified person Not saying the techman is any less qualified This is an for instance Ok Now you talking Mon aft prob Tue aft before a call is made could be longer on crates or other motors so now You get your only good or only motor back wed aft or thur morn Now most people work on their cars at night with Vols as I know Jason has praised his vols many times and it's evidently well founded so now you crash and bash to put it back together if you want to race fri and Although as I said Hell of a job driving This just about protests andI do realize that there has to be checks and balances This is just one I don't care for I guess and as I have said repeatedly This just my opinion and I know we all think diff be a boring azz world if we didn't

My suggestion is for the track to invest in a replacement motor to loan to the guy if he doesn't get his motor back. This would just be for crate and to only race at that track. I know it would cost the track up front but I believe that most of them have good engine contacts, especially Cleveland. If the motor is found illegal charge them 30 or 40% of what they make that week.
