Alright Farmer City Raceway is pleased to announce we will be having a 5000 to win late model race on July 6. The race is called the F.U.M.P 50 which is the Farmer City Unsanctioned Midwest Pride and we will hope to make it an annual event . We will have an additional 5000 pool which pays 10 places and to be eligible you must have attended five races at Farmer City or five of the Hell tour events. We believe that this will help offset the gas and travel expenses many who planned on coming to our race which was unjustly taken away and moved 3.5 hours away. Complete payout and sponsors will be announced soon and we also will be having a 1000 mod show, 500 street stock, and 300 hornet. Tickets purchased at race parties for the Summernational race will be honored. We our proud of our track and of our drivers and will not let a big monopoly scare us away. Tickets and shirts will go on sale by the end of the week. We hope to see everyone here and support your local track.

And everyone wonders what happened to series like NALMS! It's promoters like this that in no way could begin to compare to do for racing what UMP has that give this sport a bad name. What a frickin idiot this guy is, you deserve to be ran out of town.

Jeff has done way more for racing than UMP. He is a promoter that actually cares about the drivers.
I would also like to know what UMP does?
If World Racing Group had not tried to steal money from the promoters, there would not be an issue. Unfortunately, it is not only Farmer City that got screwed. I am glad that Jeff is standing up to these guys and demanding his share of the money that was in his contract.

Its funny people say promoters like this are ruining the sport. They say how dare they do this to ump they have done so much for the sport. you guys are clueless!!!!! ump is the one that is ruining the sport!!! with all the people they have in there pockets to protect, they cant keep anything straight anymore. they have let cost get out of hand, rules are thrown out the window and its a joke. farmer city has given for to the drivers than any track i have been to this year. they have a fairly descent track prep, they try and get bigger show in there, the food is good, they have a good program going for the kids, you get done at a descent hour, and for the most part consitent calls. now i dont get over there every week but i wold if i could. also its about time that someone said enouhg! i aplaud jeff for doing this. ump, what did they do for farmer. they broke there own rule to let another track run against them. hows that for helping the sport? i dont know what the contract said and i am not saying that he is right for not paying. from what i heard is he is willing to pay just not what wrg wants. i dont know who is right but if he feels he is and there is things not being meet by them i would hope i had enough strength do the same thing.

also i will ask this. my home state hero jim moon is leading the ump points in latemodels. has not one one race (that i know of) has had the points lead for like a month. ducks and dodges all big shows (except the ump sumernat) has a crate motor. How does this happen????? ump has no relevance!!!!!!!

Farmer City has only itself to blame for losing their UMP Summer National Race. UMP did exactly what they should have done, when Farmer City did not pay the purse they had agreed to.

And your last paragraph makes no sense, but the reason that he is in the lead is because hes ran quite a few more races than any one else. SN will take care of his lead, plus at the end of the year his mid top tens wont compare to everyone else's wins.
