Quincy Speedway 8-19; Snipit and Future Of Track Write Up

    From the Quincy-WHIG newspaper:

"Mark Burgtorf led all but the opening circuit of the 30-lap feature, posting a 3.73-second victory over Kevin Weaver, the second largest margin of victory this season on the .29-mile track. Burgtorf, who started on the outside of the front row, became the 16th winner in 17 late model features to start in either the first or second row -- including the last 10. Series points leader Jason Perry finished eighth, but still unofficially holds a 901-879 points advantage over 2011 track champ Justin Reed, who was fourth."
