45 Super Lates signed in Friday for the first half of the Winchester 200. Track was super fast and Austin Hubbard almost broke the track record! The quickest 24 qualifyers made up the field. Hubbard, driving Ernie Davis's 25 battled with Dale McDowell for most of the races, but McDowell never missed a beat and went on to win. The remaining qualifyers, 25--45 positions, ran a 35 lap consi with Bo Feathers winning.
Saturday, the Supers will run two 25 lap B Mains (each paying $1000) and a 50 lap A Main paying $8000 to win.
