Latemodle body rules for 2013?

Does anybody know of new body rules for 2013? i have been hearing that the rules are going to change so the cars can be slowed down the last time i checked it was called racing that means you go fast or am i missing something it sounds like a money deal to me someone comes up with a idea and we end up paying for it as if it doesnt cost enough already

its just someone with to much time on their hands and day dreamed of making the cars differant again.. it goes in cycles, about every 5 years they change something so here we go again..

Lucas Oil is having a test session on Thursday. They will be testing a variety of things. Among will be different nose pieces, flares, spoilers and sail panels. Also will be testing a 1 compound tire, 1600 white dot.

Will anything come of it.... doubt this late in year. But maybe in 2014. Jmo.
