Good move, 36 degrees and 10 mph wind wasn't going to be fun.

Who's the genius that scheduled a race in January in Tennessee, and didn't think it just might be cold! Seriously, if you want a " warm" race think about the month of May! I was at the "Ice Bowl" and guess what it was cold! Yet they ran the race that was scheduled. Just say we'll run the race, IF it's warm, low chance of rain, and we think we'll make lots of $$$. Or on a date that will meet the previous 3!

I know it is still a week away. but Weather.com is showing some snow for next weekend.
        Let hope that is wrong.

          Winter racing

The only good place to watch racin in Feb. , is Florida... doubt the cabin fever happens this year. But Kudo's for trying. Oh yeah... Bama Bash will still be cold but usally happens, they also have room for a rain-out day.

Just a chance of flurries Saturday night as of now, but the high is below 50 so let's not be too optimistic...

It's not JUST being cold. There are other factors if you stop and think genius! Since I bet that you can't think of them I will explain them. They have gotten more than their fair share of rain in the last few weeks. The place looks like a lake when it rains, in case you didn't know. Now, factor in all of the other weather problems from the areas that a lot of the drivers and fans will travel in from; snow, ice, and tornadoes. It's not IF they want to race, they can't race IF they don't have any drivers and fans!
