grandson of track owner has some input and asking questions of some racecar drivers
etc.

That's the rumor for a few weeks now. Roy's grandson is supposedly going to open the track with the help of two construction business friends (I think that's who it was) from Canton. I think they will do the prep and have equipment to use.
