Parking Format For World Of Outlaws Show

"I sure glad our neighbors are allowing the fans to park there in cooperation with this race stated Max King Partner in the Speedway. We truly appreciate Mr Neese next door working with us. There will be a $3 charge for parking there, but that's very minimal considering the next available spot is the Royal Store and that's a half mile walk. I know the fans will appreciate being that close". The Speedway is also working on portable lighting in that lot. Based on the size of the gate being installed we plan on using our brand new "Kids wagon" as a shuttle back and forth.

The parking will be designated as follows.

PULL ALL THE WAY TO THE END OF THE DRIVE COMING IN. ATTENDANTS WILL PARK YOU. If you have a favorite parking spot you will not be able to utilize it this weekend. Be patient with the attendants. They are just trying to help you get parked as safely and as quickly as possible.

TRACK SIDE: will be open and on a first come first serve basis. There will be no holding spots so if you are coming with several cars please make sure you get there together or they can park and walk in to your car. Parking places will be lined so please help us here.

CAMPING: You will be at the back on Lot 1 against the tree line. Backed in at a sharp angle so easy for you to pull out. Please be there early as possible so we can get you in and turned around.

DO NOT PARK ON ASPHALT GOING INTO THE STANDS. Those are private parking spots and the other needs to be open for fans as there will be two grandstand gates for this event. You will be towed without notice from this area.

HANDICAP PARKING. ON your right behind concession stand in red and white building. Tell the parking attendant and they will direct you in there. If you need special assistance let the parking attendant know and they will make arrangements.

PIT PARKING FOR PERSONAL VEHICLES: There will be NO personal vehicles allowed to enter the pit driveway. Unload tools before you get there not when you get there. Hauler parking will be lined up all the way to the road. NO PERSONAL VEHICLES.

    GRAND STAND PARKING:

Lot 1: It will be on the right side as you drive into the main entrance. This will be the first lot to fill.

Lot 2: Left side as you drive onto the property. 2nd lot to fill.

Lot 3: OVERFLOW LOT. On the other side of the pit entrance to your left. They are having a gate installed so you can walk right through. As stated above we will be working our "kids wagon" and shuttling people.

This should help the flow of traffic for you and make things go much smoother for all our sakes.

WE LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU THERE! AN HISTORIC EVENT AS THE WORLD OF OUTLAWS COME TO LAVONIA SPEEDWAY FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER.

Race is still on...just heard that Lucas Oil show in Kentucky has been postponed so we could be expecting even more drivers than originally planed.
