The first part of the race was pretty good. Dillon Wood and Chris Ferguson battling for the lead the first few laps. The track dried out some in the middle leaving drivers searching for the top or bottom, most went to the bottom. Billy Ogle Jr., Ray Cook, Casey Roberts, and Ferguson rounded out the top 5.

The lap 28 caution seemed to change things ..prior to that Cook and Roberts were closing hard and fast and Ferguson was giving Wood all he could handle ..after caution, Ferguson kinda faded and Cook and Roberts sorta lost their momentum and maintained their positions ..Ogle Jr benefitted from the Ferguson fade but could never do nothing with Wood ..my 2 cents!

It certainly paid for Wood to jump off the WoO tour.
