PURPLE PUNK JIMMY ELLIOTT TASTES CRATE LM VICTORY @ TRi-COUNTY RACE TRACK
Brasstown, NC (5/27/2013) --- Jimmy Elliott (# J39) of Cleveland, Tennessee tasted victory for the first time in his 5+ racing career Monday evening at Ray Cook’s Tri-County Race Track. The “PURPLE PUNK†took the lead in his “Elliott’s Tire Center, Car Smart Auto Sales, Easy Auto, KC Graphics†sponsored CVR Racecar at the start of the 20-lap Crate Late Model feature from his pole position and went on cruise control from there pocketing the special $600 payday. Elliott whom began racing Pony’s in and around his home in Cleveland, TN made sure he thanked his mom and dad mainly, but concluded that there’s a lot of other people at the shop that have helped him become the racer he is today. Tri-County Race Track will be back in action in two-weeks on Friday, June 7th with SLM’s and a Full Regular Racing Program.
