The Southeastern Latemodel Sportsman Series is planning

on running (17 to 20) events during the "2011" Season.

We talked with Johnny at Westminster during the meeting....Johnny plans on running a couple of these events. As soon as the dates are decided, i will add them to the schedule.

We have confirmed (2) more events at the Travelers Rest Speedway.

May 30th.....Memorial Day (Monday)

I guess this Sugar Creek Deal was only a HOAX........I saw for myself today that Sugar Creek will not be opening for a good while!!

We have added an event to 441 Speedway in Dublin Ga. Other dates will be added as they are confirmed.

Toccoa Speedway date has been moved to April,30th due to the extensive work on the track currently going on. Word i got is the front stretch wall is being moved back (3 feet) a new flagstand is being installed and new Clay will be added this week.

Wow, that's great, the front stretch could stand to be wider. I'm surprised there was any room to move the wall back though. I always thought moving all the pits outside and shrinking the infield was the way to go, but I don't own a track either, so.

Not at this time....Ford has really steped up to the plate on this (S374W) Engine. They will be offering a $300 bonus to anyone who wins a (SLMSS) Feature powered by this Engine.
