Scott Bloomquist's experience could both help and hurt in Eldora truck race

Almost as soon as NASCAR announced that its Camping World Truck Series would race at the Eldora Speedway during the summer of 2013, many dirt racing fans began to hope that some of their favorites would get the opportunity to compete in the event. And one name that seemed to come up more than any other was that of Scott Bloomquist.

Bloomquist has won the World 100 3 times, not 2. 1988, 1990, and 2001.

I think he will adapt well. He went into the Alltel 100 at Batesville a few years ago with limited knowledge of the IMCA cars and dominated the race. The trucks are heavier but Scott , like most of the pro dirt racers , know how to adapt. He'll be a factor before it's over.

Not a Bloomer hater nor a fan, but he was an embarassment to the dirt nation. Was hoping he would fare much better. Glad to hear Dillon give so much credit to the McDowell's.

It was a joke about Francis anyway......a one liner off of caddyshak.......I just think Francis is a doosh.....walks around in the pits like a doosh....and just overall not very friendly to fans or his fellow competitors.

Some people are just that way I guess......doesn't mean he can't drive, I just don't like him.
