Greenville, Mississippi (10/04/13) – The 7th Annual Gumbo Nationals opened on Friday night at Greenville Speedway (Greenville, Mississippi) as over 140 race cars crammed the pit area in five divisions with the Mississippi State Championship Challenge Series (MSCCS) hosting preliminary action for their impending $7,500-to-win/$700-to-start finale.

He was followed across the finish line by Trey Beene, Chad Thrash, and Duke Palasini.

Heat race #2 found Chris Wall racing to the win to earn the outside-front-row starting spot for Saturday’s feature. Robert Metz, Robert Baker, and Clay Fisher rounded out the transfers.
