Why was the 95 disqualified?

The 95 was DQ'd because he was unsafe on the racetrack after causing a major wreck coming to the checkered flag. He was told to power down his car and refused, the car was then shut down via an "electrical failure" that was facilitated by track officials.

Come on surely there is more to this story? Brandon has never been this kind of driver when I was in attendance.

I was sitting in turn 2 so i didn't have a front row view.. one of the drivers who was in his car during the red flag told me what happened. Keep in mind he wrecked the 38, i think some people in the pits didn't care for him too much after that.
