Mono leaf

I have a mono leaf coilover late model that I'm going to run in a division at one of the local tracks.
I don't know anything about this old school stuff so any advice on springs, shocks, 5th coil spring and shock info would be greatly appreciated. Were these older type setups good? Were they consistant? Thanks in advance.

This should be moved to the tech section but there may not be anyone there who remembers this stuff… I ran it but can't remember what i had for lunch much less the set-up. Maybe call Rayburn.
