DRIVERS MEETING at BOYDS SPEEDWAY Final steps are taking place for the 2016 RULE BOOK Saturday DEC 12 at 1pm at Boyds Speedway Pit Concession Stand a Meeting will take place to gather input from all drivers before the 2016 RULE BOOK is released.
