Big Ucar race - August 18th

Lowery Custom Sawmilling does it again! The sawmill in Round Hill, VA will sponsor the 5th race in the B & B UCAR Challenge series. They also sponsored race number two earlier in the year. How's that for supporting the mighty Ucars?
Race number five is looking like it might be the biggest and best yet. Of course the folks at Costello's Body and Paint are presenting their "Lucky 50" award. In addition, Lowery's Woodworking (not related to the sawmill) is picking up the "Hard Charger" award. It's the final race of the series, so tune up that Ucar and get ready for the "Big One" on August 18th!
See - http://www.winchestervaspeedway.com for more details.

The awards keep on coming! In addition to the heat race winners and runner-ups, they're more awards. $50 goes to the winner of the Costello's Body & Paint "Lucky 50" drawing. A $40 Hard Charger award goes to the car that advances the most positions (in case of a tie, the car with the best finish is the winner). There will also be three $25 "Secret" awards after the feature has been run. On top of all that the purse has been increased to $200 to win. That's this Saturday, at the dirt track in Winchester, VA.
