New Ucar Series for 2013

We're bringing back the "Jeffersons". Winning Ucar driver in the 15 lap feature on May 18, will get $120 in Two Dollar Bills! This payout, like all the payouts, comes in souvenir envelopes. If the feature winner also wins his heat, he will pocket $145. All three heat winners get envelopes. The Virginia Heritage Ucar Series will now have the NAPA Know How Mechanic's Award! The mechanic of the feature winning Ucar will receive 4 quarts of oil, a filter, and a NAPA hat at the June 15th race. It's about time the guys that turn the wrenches get some recognition!

The Cardinal Ucar race is coming July 19th to Winchester Speedway! This is the fifth race in the Virginia
Heritage Ucar Series, which has had four different winners! Notice that this is a Friday race.

Work is underway on the Cardinal Ucar race scheduled for Friday, July 19th. The "victory lane" sign has just been painted and is ready to go. Will you be ready to go? Awards include Heat Race Money and Two Dollar Bills for the winner!
The Ucars have this Friday off, so you have an extra week to prepare for the next Virginia Heritage Ucar Series race.

This Saturday, August 17, the Ucars compete in the final race of the Virginia Heritage Ucar Series at Winchester Speedway in Winchester, VA.
This race will have special awards that distinguish this series from regular Ucar events.
First, thanks to Tammy's Diner in Round Hill, VA the payout to the top 10 positions in the feature have been enhanced. Each position gets a bigger payout from the preceeding position, so 9th gets more than 10th, and 8th gets more than 9th, all the way to 1st place. That way the extra money gets spread out over a larger area, than just putting it all on the winner.
Secondly, each heat race winner will get a separate pay envelope, as they have for all prior VA Heritage races. Saturday's heat races are sponsored by Lowery's Custom Sawmilling of Round Hill, VA.
Lowery's Custom Sawmilling will also sponsor the Hard Charger Award.
This race will also see a new award, The Best Appearing Ucar Pit Crew Award.
But wait, there's more! To close out the series the overall series points leader will receive a custom made trophy.
