Thoughts and Prayers for Despain Motorsports...

Please keep the Despain Motorsports team in your thoughts and prayers. As many of you know, Roger "Pops" Despain (Billy's father, Elliott's grandfather) has been battling cancer and I just received a phone call around 2:00 p.m. this afternoon that "Pops" took his final checkered flag and has gone on to be with the Lord.

Please remember Billy, Lisa, Elliott, Billy's mother, and Billy's sister in your thoughts and prayers. Mr. Despain was 68 years young. I will post arrangements when they are made available to me.

On behalf of Ponderosa Speedway, Bluegrass Speedway, Lake Cumberland Speedway, and the American Modified Series, May God Bless You All and keep you close during this time of loss and sorrow.

Visitation/Services for Roger Despain

Visitation: Friday October 29
Time: 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. EDT
Place: Parrot and Ramsey Funeral Home-Campbellsville, KY

There will be a short service after visitation is over at 8:00 p.m.
