    Bland and Thomas tied atop FASTRAK National Weekly Championship in final week

    The FASTRAK VP Racing Fuels National Weekly Championship is coming down to the wire heading into the final weekend of competition for the 2019 season. Michael Bland, who has led the majority of the season, now finds himself tied with Kyle Thomas for the top spot. Both drivers currently have 618 points with their best 15 finishes. Kyle Thomas currently holds the tiebreaker, which is number of wins. Donnie Dotson, currently third, sits only 8 points behind Bland and Thomas. All drivers will have three opportunities to improve their point totals with the FASTRAK Racing Series powered by Chevrolet Performance’s East Coast Rumble this weekend. Thomas, Bland, and Dotson will be vying for the FASTRAK VP Racing Fuels National Weekly Championship top prize of $5,000.

    Trey Watson is currently in fourth with 602 points. Derrick Shaw rounds out the top five with 591 points. Sixth is AJ Spagnuola with 586 points is 5 points ahead of Troy Frazier in seventh. Sparky Davisson is currently in eighth with 566. Corey Almond with 547 is in ninth. Nick Schlager with 525 points rounds out the top ten in FASTRAK VP Racing Fuels National Weekly Championship.

    This is the final weekend for FASTRAK members to collect points towards the FASTRAK VP Racing Fuels National Weekly Championship. Drivers can collect points at any FASTRAK sanctioned weekly track this weekend. The FASTRAK Racing Series powered by Chevrolet Performance will be at Princeton Speedway on Friday, paying $2,000 to win and Tyler County Speedway on Saturday and Sunday, also paying $2,000 to win each night.
