Just off top of my head hurts f guys who Pierce has thrown failed sliders on in the last two years. Pierce is in the same group as Landers/Richards et al. Guys who stomp the throttle and have basically a blank check to fix what they tear up. Combine that with a boatload of talent and you get excitement. However, it also tends to piss off other drivers, especially those who take care of their stuff and generally run folks clean. Eventually said guys run into the Casey Roberts' and of the world, and their posse isn't there to save them...
For your information, Josh still has a purdy smile. Been smilin them pearly whites on DoD on a consistent basis. Casey Robertssmh

As said before, most of the clowns on here complaining probably were not even there anyways, he!! of a good run for a young, very talented driver! Rubbing is dirt track racing, if u wanna see people dq'd for rubbing, maybe Nascar would be a better sport for u to watch! Keep kicking azz Bobby and can't wait for the World!!! I
The fact that Bobby drove away like he did shows you how much faster he was. If someone wants to block, pay the consequences. That way in any racing.
It was basically the same thing JD did to Erb last year for 20 grand. Everybody said that was OK. Actually, Bobby made less contact the JD did in his pass.

I really don't think Scott gives a f!ck whether or not anyone has lost respect for him. He's still gonna go out there and do his thing. You stick a mic in someone's face after a 100 lap race and they are determined to say whatever. Ask them 30+ mins later and they'll probly have a different tone.

You can add #10 Scott Schmitt to the list as well. Happened during a UMP Summer Nationals race at Fairbury 2 years ago.
Happened right in front of me.
Bobby is a good enough driver and will get his due in time and the big wins will come.
Even though I wasn't there at Florence this weekend it sounds like he had enough time to try and get around Scott for the W instead of slamming him.
If you've been around dirt racing long enough chances are you have seen a good driver throw a slider that maybe didn't work out to well for one or the other or both.
                It happens all the time.
I'm a fan of both drivers.
This time just happen to be two of the biggest stars in dirt late model racing.
A young up and comer in Bobby Pierce and a cagy ol' veteran in Scott Bloomquist.
Some time you just have to take the good with the bad.
This weekend just happened to be Bobby's day for the good and Scott's day for the bad.
Lets just move on to the next big race at Batesville Motor Speedway in Batesville (Locust Grove), Arkansas for the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series sanctioned $40,000 to win "Topless 100" Thursday, August 18th 2016 thru Saturday, August 20th 2016.
Why can't we all just enjoy the sport that we love instead of argue about it .
Either way hope the fans that where there this weekend got their money's worth.
                Nathan Stephens

Exactly, I was thinking the same thing. I know what they are going to say, well that was the last lap and I say what makes the different what lap it is, it wasn't like he took Bloomer out and it's not like Bloomer hasn't ever done it in his career.

Im a Bloomer fan and I thought the pass was clean and one of the greatest moves ever. He caught him, knocked him out of the way with a middle finger and pretty much checked out after. He was the fastest car and drove like a champion.

I liked Bloomers interview. Why would he not be pi$$ed about losing or pi$$ed about getting shoved out of the way. No one would like that and he's the best, can't feel good. The guy is a winner and expects the best. He's probably more pissed at himself than Bobby. The thing with Bloomer is he's always on top of his game and is always up front. You win some you lose some.

The guy who really got screwed was ONeal. Tough luck. Rigsby did interview him after and you could tell he wanted to say something bad but kept his cool.

Point being that Casey gave Josh an attitude adjustment. Lo and behold, Josh hasn't hammered other drivers much since then. He's also, coincidentally (or not), running better. Some of that was shaking off rust from the medical layoff, but Richards has calmed down, and is running better than ever. He's smoother, cleaner, and faster.

No one denies Bobby's talent. He's one of the best wheelmen. The possibility of him getting better by dialing it back a bit should be scary for the competition. However, if he keeps running through other drivers, someone is going to adjust his attitude, or at least dish out some payback on the track.

KRob didn't touch Bobby, nor did he give him much room. The crap at the scales post race was un-necessary. Settle it in the pits once your out of the car, or settle it on track, but don't act the fool around officials and bystanders. That only ends badly. Babb paid Bobby back for I believe Belle Vegas, where Shannon was pretty unhappy about the way he was driven.
