When any racer submits a entry form at Eldora, they sign a contract that clearly states>

Eldora Speedway reserves the right to refuse any entry.

So, basically Scott could fart wrong and they could refuse his entry. Simple as that.

I came out of high school in 1980 working in the chemical ind. Most of that time in labs which I'm currently employed. Through out the years I seen shortage of raw materials where we had to substitute a different product in order to make our products. I'm sure Hoosier has this same problem from time to time. What's to say that Hoosier didn't change their formula on a batch of tires . If I was a lawyer Hoosier would be the first people I would look at.

Eldora does not have the right to refuse any entry. Eldora has nothing to do with the saucey tires. It's the sanctioning body from the ump. Why would they refuse the entry of the biggest draw in DLM racing? Tony Stewart, I promise you wants the Zero in the field. In a way it seems a little fishy, why do they"randomly" choose Scott's tires to be tested and he had a bad run? Seems like they would take the top 5 finishers. They let a testing company that is managed by a known crook in Mike Helton and every tire they test comes back hot. Zero could be onto something? Could he have found a loophole in the rule book? If Scott isn't allowed to run the world it will cost Eldora thousands of dollars. A lot show up just to see him lose and some lie to see him win.

I figured this was coming, no surprise. He/they'll get an injunction that will allow them to race while the court system process slowly drags on. After the World, drop the case. Thing is, I wonder who has deeper pockets? The five involved or WRG or Stewart.
10 bucks says you see the suspended drivers at the World.
And those 5 better be 100% legal cuz I bet those cars will teched, reteched and teched again.

And if it does ever play out in the courts and the 5 drivers win, I bet Feger and Kloos have a strong case as well....
