What I like the most in Roger's comments was that Eldora and the staff are preparing to put on great shows for the fans and racers, as opposed to focusing on anything else.

Fans and drivers getting ready for The World should be happy about that IMO. In other words, they're not gonna let this lawsuit hijack the event. Press on!

And when Tony wins the suit, hopefully Roger sends Bloomers 2017 Dream and World 100 entries back with the words >RETURN TO SENDER<. Scott might of just f@#%ed himself in the @zz.

And to all that said car counts would be down for the World, guess what. Their will be MORE cars this year than last year. I guess most race fans could give 2 chts whether Scott is there or not.
