It doesn't matter who wins the lawsuit, it gonna cost big bucks for both sides. But the owner of a track should have the right to not allow participants back on his property if he elects. This owners has the resources to absorb a loss at the gate, but that's not going to happen, going to be another huge whether them five ever compete there.

Scott (and other 4) chose this route i don't see how they can win. Do you really think if the drivers win that tony is going to allow them back at any of track he owns? why should he??? would u allow someone on your property that has already sued you and won? Tony's got stand up for his rules and the integrity of the sport win or lose now. Scott could have been back next year but i wouldn't bet on it now.
