It was coming, When you rule with a Big fist .. sometimes the the other person says .. I agree with ya cardirt! When a series isn't transparent about their results/procedures, the only answer is a lawsuit!

No matter who wins, the sport will be better because of it. Every series and track will tighten up their scale/tire testing procedures. And the big thing is....it will cost them very little money to do it right!

Maybe Barry says it best....."do it the wright way"!

yes its sad but if your innocent then if you had the means to you might be doing the same thing how about an arbitrator next time instead or just an extra set of scales on hand how hard would that be there were probably dozens of scales sets around close and hundreds of people to carry them its not that hard.

Imagine that if Tony got Suspended from every or any track he raced at for his distractions on the track or off. Their wouldn't be too many tracks left to choose from!!!!!! This is were the track owns and and WRG and Lucas and the drivers need too set down and say this is how we are going too do it and then say Ok have all the tracks sign it and have all the drivers sign it have the WoO and Lucas sign it...Have 2 drivers and 2 from the racing group that arbitrator it at the track the day of the race.. if someone is not happy that day....and they can not solve it use a arbitrator thats not a driver or Racing group not in racing... His say it over.. Its says if you sign this it then you can not sue....
