They weren't because WRG is on a witch hunt lol. I'd venture to argue that the single fact that Bloomer and Owens isn't there enticed MORE cars to show up. I'm not a Bloomer fan, but I'd like them to call him up and tell him to load his $hit and head to Eldora. Start at the back Saturday night, no hot laps, unload, bolt on a set of tires they give him, win it for double or nothing.

The same people saying the WOO isn't nearly as competitive as Lucas, will in the same breath say that Richards should be ranked above Bloomquist in the power rankings. I'd say if Josh was in Lucas he would have still be winning but maybe 3rd in points. Josh crapped out last weekend, Bloomquist won another crown Jewel and Richards still ranked the number 1 driver in the country.

I will never deny that Richards isn't dang good, he is one of the best right now, but nobody is better than Bloomer right now. And again I'm not a fan of his, but I'm a fan of the truth, and that's the truth.

This is just my opinion, but if we want to compare series, I'd say WOO is closer to MARS than it is to Lucas.

When the previous poster referred to WOO as "Up and coming" I don't think he meant the series itself, just the caliber of drivers within the series...

Really Mars has Jackson stovall McCormick and that's it and they all get spanked by a Ump driver

Then they were dormant till the Dirty Dozen. Which, when they first came back, man what a class of cars.
Up in the air who my next “favorite” driver is. Really losing hope on Bloomer getting anywhere back to “normal”.

Old Fan, I apologize I should have been more clear and produced a diagram. I am not saying MARS is as good as the WOO, if you go back and read, I'm saying the gap between the WOO and MARS is more narrow than the gap between the WOO and Lucas. WOO has Richards and Clanton, had Shirley. WOO missed out on Colton Flinner, he is their target market lol.

You must legitimately be high right now if you believe that WoO and MARS talent level are even remotely similar.

If Eric Wells or Frank Heckenast ran the entire MARS series they would be right there challenging for the championship with Tony Jackson.. probably even leading over him -- and they are tied for 9th in the WoO.

The LOLMDS and WoO obviously are not equal in terms of talent right now but that statement has got to be one of the most blatantly ignorant posts I've read on here in a very, very long time.

                        Thanks,
                        Jeff.

I don't even understand how the brain that came up with this post is able to understand how to turn on a computer and touch the corresponding keys to create words.

Probably like 3/8 or 4/10. Just under a half mile I think but it seems smaller when you are watching racing there.

After watching and keeping up with races for over 40 years, I still learn about race tracks, Thanks! Missing the World this year after 11 straight years, My Diabetics is taking over!
