Can't say I've ever tried any ..........I just recently started roasting the snot out of them though.

They're tough critters depending on age, you just have to keep the constant heat on them to ensure they are cooked completely.

You can normally tell they are done and cooked properly when they finally quit squealing.......( especially those Midwestern possum, they go silent in a hurry when cooked)
