The end result of tightening up some things and trying to get the tires right is in motion and that's all that really matters.........I'm ready to shut up about it and enjoy the great unintended consequence of fantastic racing at eldora this year because of it.

I'd say with Tony and Mark Richards relationship, it was in Brandon's best interest to bow out of that deal. Mark doesn't help anyone more than Brandon and he does have the Valvoline sponsorship. I doubt it's anywhere near what Josh is getting. But, they do help and I would say Mark helped that along for Brandon. Like someone else stated, it's best to let the team owner fight that battle in this particular case. Besides, if they win or it gets settled before it ever reaches trial, it will "maybe" take the label of "cheater" that some like to use loosely on here away from his name. However, if any money is handed out he will be left out in the cold.
