No way to prove you didn't. They didn't confiscate tires... Only samples. So how do you prove you didn't. Innocent people have been convicted for years.

No proof they did by whats been reported on here those samples gave off two different results when tested twice. Why not just have the teams wrap that tire sign off on it put it to the side til results are back. Securing the evidence

You must be really close to that team to know they bought 40 new tires the day after they got caught. Do you work for Best or for Hoosier? Guess you could be the delivery guy. How else would you know? But if you know Sheppard knows what went down you have to be working for Best. Please share more with us. Did the crew chief do it or did you? Is he not making enough money with Best? I understand where he lives is all UMP/WRG territory but theres other places to run than there. Maybe hes jumping ship going over to WoO next year.

All the tracks he runs close too home is UMP.. He!! most the tracks in 200 miles of his home are UMP.. He lives dead in the center Of UMP....FarmerCity ,Fairbury, macion, Spoon, all 60 or less miles from his house..You could say He could not race in ILL and he live in the Middle of it...

Yes they are very nice people but he got caught cheating and for him to deny it makes him a liar. It would be better if he said he made a bad decision regrets doing it and moves on, people are forgiving and would respect him for that.

Brandon made a smart move IMO. Bloomy has little to lose, the other drivers have a lot more to lose.
I will be surprised if there is a settlement, for a host of reasons. Not saying there won't be, but I will be surprised. this thing has all the earmarks of lawyers trying for a big payday and if it goes to trial it will cost plenty for legal fees. IOW, I don't see this going to trial, settlement or not.

You're an idiot, they went and raced the Summer Nationals at Jacksonville the week after on used tires. Those teams are constantly buying new tires, so saying that's a sign they doped is ridiculous.

There have been a lot of ridiculous things said concerning the five racers......a lot of things that a lot of people wish they could take back.

Case would be expensive and very difficult for them to win. I do not see it going to trial, if I am wrong then I am wrong. I just do not think this is a good move for all but maybe Blooms (Dream Win). Although I don't think he has a good chance either, but better than the others. I would think all of these defendants were advised long ago about concerning these type of issues. I guess we will see.
