To make matters worse, Morris drives away and finishes 4th. Seems to me he should have been sent to the tail at the least.

It was actually just a 1/2 lap in so a complete restart. Rusty wasn't too happy with what happened.

Morris also raced a pro late model later and won.

I understand the 1st lap restart rule, just feel this was worthy of an executive decision by the track. Not saying it was intentional, just such poor judgement, that it deserved punishment.

There was no reason to penalize the 77m at the start of the race at Kankakee Friday night. He is just an aggressive driver that totally ruins others drivers cars. For any promoter the discipline the 77m for the way he drives, they would 1st have to concur that he has talent. EVERYONE KNOWS HE HAS NO TALENT !!!
